Customer Satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 15 days of when you received your item and receive a full refund. Your item must be in original/unused condition. Please note, all Jewelry and Accessories are FINAL SALE- No returns or refunds will be accepted.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your item has already shipped, the order is considered fulfilled.

• You must first return the item before your refund can be processed.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
